Cable sleeving distribution

Hello,

I was hoping someone here can help me . I am looking to buy quite a bit of HD cable sleeving like the MDPC stuff, but i do not want to pay an arm and a leg for international shipping.
Is there a manufacturer in north America that produces the MDPC sleeving or a product of equal quality?
