GPU usage variation with 670 SLI

Hey, I'm having to deal with a problem here, both my GPU's keep the usage at about 60~70% and rarely at 80%+. Is this normal? I tried the last WHQL and using 304.48 atm and the problem persists, can you guys with the 600 series and SLI test for me and check the GPU usage on both? Here are some screenshots I took to show:

Your fist picture shows 97% and the other shows less when less was being rendered on the screen at the moment. I'm sure if you was in a fight it would go up.

I get low usage in Crysis 2 as well. It just drops in some areas and so does the framerate. Even though there should be 80% usage on each GPU with 120fps there is 60% usage and 80 or 90fps. I just chalk it up to being the game, since it's definitely not my CPU bottlenecking them.

It happens in every game that uses SLI, specifically in Battlefield 3. Maybe driver related problem?

As long as you're not getting below 60%-70% usage, I wouldn't worry about it.
And it's pointless to ask something without posting your system specs.
