Looking for the ideal case for me

Hey guys I made an account for the purpose of asking this question. I am looking for a case that fits my needs below

1] Can be mid tower or case designed for mATX or mini itx
2] reverse motherboard tray
3] can fit h100
4] <$200
4] SIDE PANEL WINDOW OMG WHY DO PEOPLE MAKE CASES WITHOUT A SIDE PANEL WINDOW THESE DAYS SERIOUSLY THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WHY I DONT WANNA BUY THE Silverstoned PS07
- I am not that handy with tools so i don't think I will be able to cut a side window.
