Edit/update (07/15/2015): Asus x99 Deluxe 3way bridge is compatible:
Asus p/n: 08002-00040100
Ebay and a few online retailers have them too. Not sure if this one will work with two cards only like the 1-3-5 3way bridge.
Thanks to ComputerMD82 for the post!
edit/update 06/19/2013: Big thanks to KpForce1 for the info. FYI: Asrock can sell you the hard bridge to connect all three cards w/ this slot configuration. Please send me or KpForce1 a pm on the instructions. Its a small fee (you pay Asrock) but its a very hard to find bridge. Heck, even evga doesn't have this. Its usually included with the Asrock Z68 Extreme7 motherboard:

Solved!!!
I've never used ribbon sli bridges on three nvidia cards. Apperantly, you can't do it like amd/ati (what a shame). Here's my mb:

My three cards are running in pcie red slot #1, #3, and #5. This gives me optimal cooling for three air cooled cards. I ran this same configuration with three 6970s. After struggling to get the 3rd card detected, I can't configure 3-way sli. At most, the nvidia cp gives me 2-way. I found a few images of how it should be setup. I bought a 120mm bridge but I'm looking for second opinions to connect them.
Found this in a forum:

Please don't ask me to sandwich the cards as this will defeat the purpose of me purchasing this expensive mb and getting non-reference air cooled cards. Plus, the blades stick out a bit and will be touching the back of the pcb.
