My first processor was some flavor of a Pentium, running Windows 95. From then on it was a Pentium II -> Pentium III -> AMD Phenom X2 840T -> 2500K (first custom built PC).

I have had computers that were from the 1990's when I was a little kid (I was born in 1996), but I don't recall the processor names specifically. The first processor I remember having was a AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ which I later upgraded to an AMD Phenom II x2 555 BE.

Either a PowerPC 601 or 603 chip at 75mhz in one of those all in one beige mac systems.

My first replaceable chip though was a Celeron 400mhz on Socket 370.
