I guess so. I don't know how anyone could have got on that failtrain after the public beta.

Same, If I had a couple free days to just try out what has been added since I quit I would probably re-sub.

Everyone always wants PvP but by the time you enter into the game late, or you aren't playing it 24/7 like others, those people are beyond geared up and can destroy you regardless of "skill" because they are just overpowered compared to you. This can help bring it back to a balanced state and I'm sure those with all that gear will complain because they "earned" it but if they think they are so good, then prove it when everything is balanced.

I agree, I personally think in any MMORPG PvP stats should be normalized. That's what I liked about Dragon Nest, the only stats that affected PvP were the bonuses from crafting.

Keep an eye on Trion's front page; they give out free weekends quite often. As far things that you've missed, they add content with every patch, and are adding an expansion this fall.

**for the folks saying their guilds fell apart, I feel for you; it's never fun or easy to get back into the swing of things after your guild disintigrates. That being said, a lot of guild stuck together through D3's release (mine included) and continue to progress and have fun. From personal experience, my shard (Greybriar) is still very active 24 hours a day, and we're not the most populated server.

Game looks legit. I plan on resubing to Rift when Storm Legion comes out.

Normalized stats will help them actually balance pvp. Its already pretty damn complicated given all the souls but this should make it a little easier.
