Your RAM is indeed limiting your overclock right now. It's running at 534MHz, or DDR2 1068 speeds (pretty nice RAM overclock!) on a 2:3 divider.

You should put the ram in a less aggressive divider, like 4:5 or even 1:1. To achieve this, set the RAM speed at DDR2 667 or DDR2 533 speeds. You should be able to easily run timings of 4-4-4-12

Generally speaking, the best ways to help your overclock are:

1 - Run a divider on your memory, to prevent it from trying to run to 'fast'

2 - Loosen the timings on the memory.

3 - Try playing with the multi and the FSB. Sometimes you get better results with a higher FSB and a lower multi, sometimes the other way around.

4 - Adjust your CPU/Memory voltages.

Overclocking is almost as much of an art as a science For the best OC possible, you need to have a lot of patience, and the willingness to do a lot of tinkering. It's not as easy as pumping the FSB and calling it good.

Also, realize that if you play with voltages, you risk destroying/damaging parts, so do so sparingly.
