To be honest, Youtube, Google, or OCN searches. There are plenty of guides out there explaining how to overclock and many tools to help you do so. CPU is OC'ed via the BIOS and you can download MSI Afterburner to OC your GPU. There are programs you will want to get that stress test your settings to see if the OC is stable.
