IntelĀ® Core(tm) i5 1.8GHz
4GB DDR3-1333 SDRAM
256GB Flash Storage
11.6" Widescreen LED-backlit Display (1366 x 768)
Intel HD Graphics 3000
802.11a/b/g/n Wireless
Bluetooth 4.0
Mac OS X 10.7 Lion

Has a Thunderbolt port I believe.
The real kicker here is the 256GB SSD for that cheap....

$999.

I don't really follow Apple, but since it's still Intel 3000 graphics, I'm going to assume it's last year's model. Unless they haven't refreshed yet.

Yep, this is last years model. That's why it's at such a heavy discount. Still a pretty awesome deal as it's $400 cheaper than a 2012 model with a 256GB SSD. The only update that came with this years model is Ivy Bridge + HD4000 and USB 3.0, which depending on your needs may not be worth the extra $400.

I think the main advantage the 2012 has over this is the Intel 4000. Pretty sure it's a big improvement. But with a resolution of 1366 x 768 it should be fine.

If I had 1k to throw around, I'd prob grab this.

More screen, usb 3.0, and better cpu.

(I know.. It would be sacrificing the hd space and it's 100 more..)
