my board supports till 1333mhz but see wat cpuz shows

CPU-Z is showing the actual frequency. Since the memory is double data rate (DDR in DDR3) you multiply that number by 2 to get the effective frequency.
So your ram is running at 1600MHz

you mean my rams are running at 1600 already..
but i think it cant handle 1600mhz without oc

Memory tab: Shows I/O frequency your RAM is on, which is a multiple of FSB that you can set out of BIOS/UEFI. This will be half your "effective" rate. On this PC at work, my FSB is 229, my RAM multiple is 3:10, so my I/O is 763.3 and my effective DDR3 speed is 1527. It also shows your current timings:

Speed tab: Shows the JDEC timings/voltages that your RAM reports. I've found that sometimes the XMP profiles (the higher speed/voltage settings past 1600, set by manufacturer) are not always shown correctly. You may have to hit the drop-down and pick the right slot your memory is on before anything shows up:

You see where it says "XMP-1600"? And below that it says "800MHz"?
That means your rams are meant to run at 1600mhz
