Sound card: Realtek ALC269

Games tested

Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition
Sonic & Sega All Stars Racing

Problem:

Sound skips and/or stutters during game intro/movies only

Fixes i tired:

Rolled back/changed Realtek sound drivers
Rolled back Realtek GBE (Network Card) drivers

same result..
