Cause you are stuck with TN Panels.

The picture for games on my S27B970D is amazing. Thought about getting a Korean version at first but decided to not take a chance on running into problems so paid $980 (us) for it on Amazon.

Since the picture quality is the main thing for me I'll be reading the Korean monitor threads too to see their take on this screen, the ones with the same or same kind of panels as mine. Which I assume is mostly praise when they get one in good condition. That doesn't mean buying from Amazon guarantees one in super condition. Mine has some backlight bleeding on the right side but not enough to return it so far. Sure it's noticeable in dark areas like caves but I'm willing to deal with it because of the overall "pop" in picture quality.
