[Creative] Creative Introduces the Sound Blaster Z-Series - Page 25

When I owned a titanium HD, I didn't have driver problems with it. The only thing that i had issues with was the console mode launcher, it kept getting stuck causing me to reboot my computer to fix it. It got annoying. As for the sound signature, I usually rolled op-amps to get the sound signature that I was looking for. As I didn't like the sound of the default JRCs that was in the I/V's. So In up changing them , I don't remember which one i usually used. Since It been a long while since I rolled op-amps since moving to this Audio-GD NFB-12.

I had all of this typed in my phone, then I had to go and hit the back arrow forgetting to hit the spot again to return to normal mode to hit submit >_>.

Both very good. Miss some of the features I had on the elite pro :\ Ironically, the newer driver of the HD is a tad buggy for me. (No issue w/ vista driver on EP)

There was definitely something wrong with your Creative Z. The Dac in the Elite pro and the Z are the exact same.

The Titanium HD is a good card though and probably sounds better than the Z.

Yes, I was aware before purchasing.

You can preorder it from another well known online UK shop for the same price.
