[Engadget] Razer Deathstalker gaming keyboard announced - Page 5

I have a G13 with that mini-screen. Does not help in game. Only useful for auxiliary programs like checking GPU temps/CPU/Ram activity etc... Doesn't really help in games that I've played.

IDK why the hate. This looks like a very nice keyboard. Definitely not one I would ever shell out 250 bucks for, but the aesthetics and screen are very nifty. Albeit I'd never use any of the features, this keyboard does look cool.

I could use masking tape to stick my phone to my keyboard, add some christmas lights and rainbow stickers and it would leave a similar first impression.

If anyone who knows the price of this keyboard found it at a friend's house he wouldn't say "oooh that looks cool and nifty!", he would say ".....why did you buy this?".

Answer this, since you think it "looks nice" (and nothing else) would you buy this keyboard for $100? Or $50? Just curious.

Personally I wouldn't spend more than $10 on it because it's really nothing more than decoration.

All of these are overpriced for their production cost on one way or another. Deathadder looks cheap for its price really (the case, body, and shell), and abyssus uses an inferior controller compared to DA and blackwidow uses plastic stabilizers.

But the important stuff is that this keyboard is AWESOME I'm pretty sure once I get it I'll do more damage in BF3 and will improve my precision somehow.

Waiting to buy it for 400$ and give the extra tip to Razer with a note " Than5 U 4 supporting g4m3rs m4k1ing products by G4m3rs".

lol, nice

But they've got a serious asian gamer guy that is presenting his stuff like apple does. So they must make pretty phenomenal products.

Your fingers are gonna be sliding all over that keyboard when you try to press those buttons. I don't want the feel of pressing a Netbook keyboard on a full size keyboard. The features of skills showing on the buttons is need. But the keyboard needs to be redesigned and they need to cut that price down to 20-30 dollars.

I would have assumed something that costs this much would have been mechanical. Eh....
