Yeah kind of sucks imho if some boards can do it but some can't. This is mainly due to the UK being warmer than usual and despite cleaning the rig out my idle temps have gone up a few degrees thus the Nidec "child eater" 120mm fan on my H50 has got above the "magic" 2000rpm and is noticeable now. The fan is PWM (thank god!!...... 4000rpm 120mm x 35mm fans are not sociable LMAO!).

I have sorted the issue for now by reducing the PWM setting in the BIOS to Standard (from Turbo) so the rpm is lowered and the sound goes with it thankfully:D. When the temp goes back to a more UK like:D i will stick it back.

Thanx.
