That should work quite decent as H100 is said to be pretty reasonable closed loop, however, I think it might be better to just go with a loop for roughly the same price (the 240mm kit I linked earlier, for example) as it should offer a bit better performance and, most importantly, it will not go waste if you get a bit more funds down the road and decide to upgrade the cooling with an extra radiator and GPU block.
I'm aware of the case in general but have not used it myself. Should be pretty decent case altho in my personal opinion a bit overpriced and engineered. For that price I would already go for something ... larger - for example, CM Storm Trooper, if you prefer handle. Or if preferring mid tower then take a look at Corsair C70 which is also pretty water cooling friendly case.
