Which RAMdisk software is the best?

Thread Starter
I'm looking into setting up a a RAMdisk and not sure which software to get. All of the Asus ROG material/links point to Vsuite Ramdisk by Romex Software and RamDisk Plus by SuperSpeed. But I also found this one - http://www.gilisoft.com/product-ramdisk.htm

The first two are claimed to have been "tried internally and had reliable results" by the ROG people, but the Gilisoft one seems to be faster per this review - http://www.raymond.cc/blog/12-ram-disk-software-benchmarked-for-fastest-read-and-write-speed/

I would use the free one from DataRam, but it has a really small 4GB limit.

Anyone has experience with RAMdisks that can chime in?

I haven't tried much of the commercial RAM disk software because ImDisk does what I need it to do, is very light weight, free, and has no size limitations.

Additionally, there are guides around on how to setup ImDisk to automatically save/load images.
