Asus GTX 590 cooling problem

I already hav a post in the GFX cooling section, but someone told me to post here because He thought you guys would know better. PLEASE HELP ME URGENT

http://www.overclock.net/t/1294810/asus-gtx-590-3gb-gddr5-cooling-problem - Go here to read it all.

When ever I play ANY game, My graphic card heats up to insane temperatures and in order to drop the temp it turns into a Fail Safe mode. Which basically turns off the card and My game starts not responding and I get these red pixel lines on my screen. Which go away right after my graphic driver turns back on. Also I was cleaning out my card from dust and ****, and I kind of Broke a blade on the fan. LOL, I'm an idiot. and Its one of those nice 800 dollar Graphic cards. and I'm ******* pissed with this ****, My temperatures way to ******** hot and my room is hot as hell. My room heats up to like 50C with this computer. I was wondering what are some good after market water coolers/Air coolers I can buy and place on my graphic card? I'm a complete noob with this but I'm good with mechanics and stuff like that. I can easily take this graphic card apart and apply another fan/ heat sink/ water block if I had instructions on how-to. Also I have a kulher h20 something 80, for my I7 2600k and Will i have to replace that in order to apply a water cooler for my GFX? my max price for after market w.e. will be around the 200$, I have money but I don't really want to waste a lot since this computers going to die soon unless I fix the Graphic card. My system specs are as follows if It'll help with anything for this.

CPU: Intel I7 2600k 4 core processor w/ hyperthreading
RAM: Corsair 1666 ddr3 ram, 16 gb 4x4. Dual channel
MB: Asus maximus 2 ROG edition
HDD: 2tb internal HDD
SSD: vertex 3 ocz 120gb SSD,
DD: 2 disk drives, asus and LG
Network: 2 WLAN connections in the back + asus wireless N+ usb adapter
case: Coolermaster haf x 9-- case, its lower than 942 by ONE. forgot the name, can't find it
GPU:Asus 590, dual core 1.5 gddr5 GFX, 1.5GB EACH, so 3gb in total - Dual core.
OS: Windows 7 64x ultimate
PSU: Corsair 1000W
Cooling: Antec h2o cooler, h70

Sorry for the long post but I really need help.

AFAIK, there is no closed-loop water-cooling option for this GPU (like the Kuhler H20 for your CPU or the Corsair Hxxx series of CPU coolers). That means you would have to go with a custom waterloop. For a custom waterloop you would need to buy the following components (as well as install/mount them and connecting them together):

- GPU Block ($100 - $150)
- Pump ($50 - $80)
- Reservoir ($30 - $50)
- Radiator ($60 - $100)
- Radiator fans (depends on fan-setup on rads push/pull with a 240mm rad or 360mm $30 - $90)
- Hoses ($10)
- Barbs or compressions fittings ($20 - $50)

- OPTIONAL: CPU Block (I would, however, highly recommend including your CPU in this custom loop, this would mean that you have to replace your Antex Kuhler) ($70)

As you can see it will be close to impossible to do this on a $200 budget, you may be better of trying to buy the stock cooler off Ebay.....

Btw, getting a better cooler will not prevent your room from heating up as all your components will still be outputting the same amount of heat, a better air-cooler/watercooling setup is just better at transferring the heat away from your components....

EDIT: And if my room had a 50C ambient temperature my components would also be overheating even with watercooling. Maybe you could take some actual measurements what your current ambient temperature is and what the GPU temperature on the 590 is at when it fails?

That is an option for a GPU block in addition to that you would then need the components listed above. Btw, you would probably have to find a place that still has those in stock, i don't think EK makes them anymore...

Alright, Thanks. I went on http://www.aquatuning.us/product_info.php/info/p11981_EK-Water-Blocks-EK-FC590-GTX.html But its a copper one, I heard that copper does not react nicely with my other components. I was wondering if I can find a Nickel one? The silver one.

No, copper is fine. Copper is the metal inside the radiators. Aluminum is what you want to stay away from.
You will be hard pressed to fine many blocks for GPU, get one while you can. Aqua has them http://shop.aquacomputer.de/product_info.php?products_id=2682

Alright, What else will I need with that? since I already have a water cooler on my CPU. Like will it b possible for me just to screw in a cable from my CPU pump? And somehow make it work? If not, Can someone please recommend me the parts?
