You can find everything you need from Aquatuning. Answering the "best" is somewhat subjective and it depends upon every block and rad in your loop. Your best bet is to go for lower restriction blocks and rads to have greater flow.

I suggest you start by cooling your room, before trying to cool your computer. Watercooling will not cool your room (unless you put the radiator outside your room).

I've just installed a custom water cooling loop in my rig and the temperatures seem just a bit to high! Here are the specs of my system then water cooling rig. Why the feck are they soo high?
CPU- 2600k Stock
GPU- Asus GTX 590
Storage-120gb ssd
Case- Haf 932
MObO- Asus Maximus Extreme 4 rev 3.0
Reservoir/pump=Koolance d985
Tubing - orange 1/2 ID 3/4 OD UV
Fittings - enzo tech compression fittings on Pump CPU and GPU
Fittings- Barbs on Radiators and outlet for Pump
3 bitfenix pro fans for the 360mm radiator on top 30 FPI
1 bit fenix spectre pro fan for 120mm Radiator
Danger Den gtx 590 GPU block
Aquacomputer Cuplex Kryos Acetal
Koolance high performance cooling liquid- No color
Artic MX4 thermal paste on GPU cores and CPU core.
Room temp is 28 C
Cooling temp is
CPU -50-80 C
GPU- 40-70 C

Um are you rads the thick or thin type, and maybe you didn't seat you water blocks properly on your CPU and GPU?
Also is better to run your rads in a push/pull setup with fans on both sides
