Trying to get back into GW2 but i cant remember what my log in is and support is being slow and giving me a hard time..

went back and looked at past posts to get my game name.. thankfully i posted it somewhere...

If i only knew the email and password combo i used to get it..

Anyone still play??

Its ridiculous.. I dont remember what email I registered with.. as I bought the deluxe before beta started then realized it was not worth it.. they refunded it and had to tie the standard to another email.. may of tied it to an email i no longer have..

So there asking me for the last 4 of the credit card I bought it with.. and i have them the card, but it most of been the one i had cancelled because they say its not the right one..
Up until now i didnt know what my account name was.. because sometime you dont get the name you wanted and have to change it a little..

On top of that.. there so slow at getting back to you.. Ill get an email about one of the several support tickets i made and its the same copy and paste bs.. when i answer them they never answer after that..

I dont understand why there isnt a live chat or number to call...

then i see something about people account being hacked.. but luckily i have an authenticator on mine.. but remember a 2 months ago about seeing someone trying to access it while im on vacation.. and none of the email/password combos are working.. im wondering if i even have an account right now..

Are people still playing this game? I leveled my toon to 60 ish and stopped since I had no one to really play with. I'd be happy to transfer over from wherever the heck I am!

I've gotten a good 5-6 PMS about this recently too. Yeah we've still got people in the guild almost regularly. When I'm not on vacation/ in class I'm almost always in game idling or otherwise :-)
