Piggybacking BIOS

Is there a program I can download to piggyback my bios and add in all the missing multipliers (ie all the 15.5's, etc) that it currently doesn't have

Piggyback, not that I've heard of but you could look for a hacked BIOS.
BTW, .5 multiplyer are over rated, they only effect the CPU and not the memory.

Do you mean only the .5 multis between existing ones you already have, or do you mean unlocking upward multis you don't have?

If you mean the latter, that's not possible - that's CPU determined. If you mean the former, then yes, as The Duke said, you may find some Hacked BIOS for it. However, the "risk" in dealing with a hacked BIOS is likely not worth the *very* small gain you'd get from gaining new multis.
