Define "any reasonable person"...

Using the word "reasonable" in a definition to try and define reasonable belief is not exactly giving a clear, concise explanation. I'd say it is actually rather vague.

I take it that this means any and all evidence found in Dotcom's home is now inadmissable, and all confiscated items removed must be returned to him?

I'm really glad that NZ didn't roll over on this one; no-one should be above the law, especially not those tasked with enforcing it.
