I would personally go with:
http://www.alphacool.com/product_info.php/info/p986_Alphacool-NexXxoS-UT60-Full-Copper-480mm.html
as per Martin:
http://martinsliquidlab.org/2012/05/01/alphacool-nexxxos-st30-360-radiator/
it seems to be the best rad for slow moving fans and it scales up nicely with faster fans smile.gif

Well if you want the radiator with the absolute most potential then the only option is the monsta simply because it has the most surface area. Tack on some 38mm fans that produce really high static pressure and no other radiator can beat it.

best rad is not that simple. it depends on your needs.

want the most cooling power regardless of noise?

or do you want the best radiator for low flow fans? (the one you linked is for low flow fans)
ST30 for low profile with low speed fans.

UT60 if you have 85 mm clearance and will spin your fans at 1500RPM+.

Monsta if you can fit it.

Alphacool has you covered on the radiator front. NexXxos outperforms everything pretty much.

*cough* Monsta *cough*

Really OP it depends on the fans you want to use. Like so many others have said there are different radiators that perform better depending on the fan speed.
