[Appraised] EVGA GTX 580

Thread Starter
Hey guys,

I have a new Sapphire Vapor 7970 coming in the mail and I'm not sure what to do with my GTX 580. Figured I could sell it possibly.

This card has never been overclocked and it comes with the original box (box is mint condition) and comes with all the paperwork, discs, cables, and other accessories. It didn't come with a game unfortunately frown.gif

Here is a picture of it in my computer rig (obviously I can't take the card out as I'm using it right now LOL):

What do you guys think the card is worth? This isn't a guaranteed sale yet; I've never sold any of my old computer parts before online, so I'm a little new at this process.

Thanks for the input guys!

Around $250. What is the warranty status on it?

I've seen them go anywhere from $250-350 on ebay. Assuming the warranty is still good you could easily sell it for $300 buy it now.

I don't know if EVGA warranties transfer from owner to owner, do they?

The warranty is not transferable but if you are willing to assist in RMA, you might get $15 or so more. I would guess $265.

I would be willing to assist with RMA processing. I have no problem doing that. The card runs fine and I've never had issues with EVGA products before.

Yup, $250 to 275 sounds good. You could use it as a folder, the 580 will beat a 7970 in folding, or for a super extreme physx card.
$250 - $275.

Also everyone seems to be selling their GTX 580's now, not in December when I could buy them. tongue.gif
