I don't play Skyrim or Witcher. I do play BF3 and the 660 TI does very well there. Also looking forward to some Civ 5 boost and that Borderlands 2 Physix video looked sick.

I play for Team Green. I wouldn't consider another ATI/AMD card unless it was cheaper and was massively faster.

But to each their own. I know I'm stupid anyway for buying on launch day and it will likely be $50 cheaper in 6 months. But hey ***** happens, the free Borderlands 2 pretty much balances that out since I was likely going to get it anyway.

EDIT - yes at Newegg Borderlands 2 gets added automatically when you go to checkout, it pops up in your cart. I was having an argument with one of the online reps about it, but he was right.

Again the Reason BF3 does well in that review is because of the use of FXAA instead or AA. Crank AA up to x2/4/8 and performance will suffer. If your not one that needs AA again enjoy ur card. My Gigabyte 670 turned out great and from the reviews it seems Gigabyte did another great job with the 660 TI.

And I swing for both sides and really have never had a problem with either.

No one here is going to run their cards at stock so most of these reviews are pointless.

This card really chokes with aa/high resolution. Why buy a card based off 1050p performance when everything performs well there?

Changing a HD 7950 card which is performing well might not be a good idea. I have seen your benchmark scores. Your HD 7950 at 1100+ Mhz is better than a HD 7970 Ghz. And given that nex gen games are going to really start to push the PC to its limits the HD 7950's bandwidth advantage might prove crucial in the games going forward.

In games which really push the cards like Metro 2033 with DOF and MSAA and Crysis Warhead the HD 7950's bandwidth has shown to make a difference. With games like Crysis 3 and Metro Last Light coming in 2013 sticking to your HD 7950 might be the best option. think about it.
