You have to understand how this works:
nVidia wins in benchmark = there's cheating/favoritism going on in favor of nVidia
AMD wins in benchmark = AMD obviously makes a superior, faster card

Any game that supports HW PhysX (or other exclusive nV features like the H2O simulation in JC2) is going to be labeled TWIMTBP.
