GTX 660 Ti vs. GTX 670

Thread Starter
Planning on upgrading from my GTX 560 Ti and I'm sure this question comes a lot now that the GTX 660 Ti is released. So which would be a better choice (bang-for-the-buck) for overall gaming?

So if we see it, GTX 670 would be more bang-for-the-buck than the 660 Ti?

Overclocked 660ti would be very very close to the performance of a stock 670. Honestly, for me, with a 580, its not worth it. 670 would be my next upgrade.

It looks like the 660ti will be the better bang/buck card. A GTX 670 will perform better though

I don't understand. Did the OP really just make a thread to ask which is better 660ti or 670? I'm astonished.thinking.gif

660ti seems like a decent card tbh. Although it does have only 24 ROPs, and 192 bus width.. the existing 600 series cards are already pretty low on memory bandwidth.

I am going for 2 evga 660 ti FTW.. These will kill BF3 at a pretty nice price point and have enough memory to handle mods!! biggrin.gif

Just to add , all 600 cards should of at least had 3gb of memory.
