Nvidia failed so badly when they released it with a 192 bit. HOW DO YOU RELEASE A CARD WITH THAT MUCH, It's like releasing a 690 with 1gb of Vram.

@OP: honestly, just buy the 670 (or the 660ti if the price difference really really matters to you). Once you play BF3 or any other demanding game you'll forget all about all these discussions and I'm sure you'll be really happy with whatever you buy. They're both great cards and deciding depends only on how much you're willing to spend. I had to decide between the 670 and 680 and went with the 670 in the end because I thought the 680 really went too far in terms of price vs. performance (don't think the 670 does compared to the 660ti though). Once my 670 was built into my system I was like "o my god this is awesome". That's all you need.
