With a 120MHz monitor I would go with a 670. I don't know if AA, etc is more demanding on a 120Mhz monitor (I would assume so), so I'd also go for a 4Gb version.
The MSI Twin Frozr, Gigabyte and Asus direct coppers are all getting great reviews - regardless of model.
Please! If you want to give advice, check your facts. If you don't know and assume, better not to give advice. please check first!!!
First of all, there are no 120MHz monitors, you mean 120Hz
A 120Hz monitor in itself is not more demanding. If you get 40fps out of a game, it's the same on a 60Hz or 120Hz monitor.
(reminder for some people: you will never see 100fps on a 60Hz monitor, you'll see 60 frames and the other 40 are wasted, or you'll see part of it, resulting in horizontal artifacts)
If you play in 3D, however, you want double the framerate. No extra penalty for AA as there is with going to a higher resolution.
In my opinion, better spent your money in faster card rather than more memory.
