Okay, good news and bad news. I got in a new motherboard, CPU, and RAM. And that seem to solve the boot up problem it now will consistently try to go into Windows. The problem now is that it won't go all the way into Windows. I can system plus get a BSOD stop error the 000007b error. Which means there is an issue with the hard drive. I'm thinking since it is a new motherboard that there is an issue with the drivers. Sadly I can't connect to DVD drive as it uses an older cable that the motherboard doesn't support. So I can't even put in a windows disk to try and re configure hardware options. I'm hoping it isn't the hard drive because I don't want to have to reformat it at all.
