On the matter of the white Recon, I'm a bit sad too, but now that I had a good look at my black version, I think it fits my white case much more. It goes with the black edging theme. I have a modded window on the right side with black rubber channel around it as well, so it all fits. I do think the white Recon would look great with the black Prodigy though.

It took me a bit to realize the same thing, the contrast with the black recon on a white prodigy just works well, a white recon on a white prodigy would look to flat. Yeah i never have optical drives in my build these days. I am happy with this result though.

Gonna stick with the black, better contrast on a white prodigy, although if i had the black prodigy it would be a for sure thing!

There is a picture, its the last one in the series in the OP. It is not a "traditional" mounting, although it is possible, 0 modding is needed if you use velcro or a similar method, although i am sure someone with modding experience can easily rig their own screw lines, but the point is the recon does fit in the optical with an ex 240 in push pull with fans of similar spec to mine.

I did a similar thing with not using the bay enclosure : I used 2 zip ties, and then the front panel itself holds the rest.

Yes it almost kinda snaps into the front panel thankfully.

So far been able to get the GPU to 1250 on the core @ stock volts and a quick overclock on my CPU resulted with 4.5ghz @ 1.235v, i know the GPU is pretty close to max OC but i know i have a ton of wiggle room on the CPU seeing that i just pulled numbers on the vcore that i knew would work, will probably keep raising the multi until i am unstable on the CPU.

I was able to get 4.5ghz working at around 1.16v and 4.7ghz at 1.264v. I'm hoping you get at least 46x or even 47x to work at your current vcore. thumb.gif

Seems like we have similar chips, these Ivy sure are a huge difference compared to Sandy.
