[Solved]When I eraser up..RAM slots go out?

Umm Yeah..so last eraser job I did..I checked all the RAM slots on mobo before I decided to prep it..
I did back and front..go to boot..and 1st 2 RAM slots are out..What did I cover up that I shouldn't?
Any help is appreciated.
PS:removed eraser..(no there's no metal in it) RAM slots came back :doh.gif Well ..not necessarily a bad thing. thumbsupsmiley.png

Sure the cpu didn't get squashed into the pins a bit too hard? That can make memory disappear.

on AMD? kind of unlikely..but .idk..That's why I'm asking biggrin.gif The memory disappeared before I bolted the pot down..

I did go over the bottom of the RAM slots on the back side..all the little pointies..

Maybe a cold solder connection? Pressing the erasor into place may be breaking a connection while removing it relieves the pressure. Could determine this by just running the board on air and applying slight pressure to the Dimms.
