Computer NOT booting up after clearing CMOS!

I have a ASRock z68 Gen3 Extreme3.

I called ASRock to ask if I can disable usb legacy without any problems to fix a game (max payne 1). I even asked if doing this will still allow me to access the BIOS with no problems and the guy on the phone said yes. So I disable USB legacy and now I can not access the BIos..... Very unfortunate. Then they told me to clear the CMOS.

Now I just put my new samsug 830 128gb SSD into the computer and it booted up just fine. I went to clear the CMOS to get into the BIOS (pushing the button on the back) and now the computer wont start. i even waited 5 minutes. so what I did was took out the battery from the mobo for 5 minutes and its STILL not booting up. What is the problem here? What else can I try? I can confirm that my PSU is working.

My specs:

intel i5 2500k sandy bridge (NEVER OC'D)
GTX 680 (Never OC'D)
8GB RAM corsair vengance
OCZ 650W gold
WD 1TB Caviar Black 64MB Cache and Samsung 830 SSD 128GB

Thanks!

Did you switch the jumpers to clear the cmos? sometimes even though you have a button you can still switch jumpers to make it hard boot switch it.

How would I go about doing that? What are the exact steps?

Try an extended cmos clear with the power supply unplugged from the wall outlet, jumper the cmos clearing pins and remove the motherboard battery. SEE PIC
It might be successful after 30 minutes, a couple of hours, or possibly after 8 hours or longer.

Make sure that all your wires and cables are secure and that all hardware is fully seated.
Try booting with a minimal hardware setup where your only goal is to get into the bios.
Disconnect all hardware and cables that aren't needed for entering the bios including:
all disk drives (ssd, hdd, usb, optical, etc.)
all usb devices except your keyboard and mouse
audio and network cards
front case usb, audio, etc. wire connectors to your motherboard
boot with only one memory module installed

Is it ok the button? Maybe has been locked

Had an issue like that with my AsRock board while messing with an overclock. I turned the PC on and instead of trying to clear the CMOS as I normally would I just turned the power supply off completely via the button on the power supply. It NEVER hinted to requiring that in the manual and seemed a little old school to reset everything.

Worth a shot.
