So, I just got my 7950 and I am planning on OC'ing it, but I'm just wanting to know whats the easiest significant OC settings to achieve and be safe to the card as well?

AMD Has a lock at 1100mhz core clock and 1575mhz memory clock but a reasonable OC is around 1000mhz-1100mhz anyway, as for memory there isnt really that much of a substantial difference when OC'ing on this card. My overclocks are 1150/1500 stable with the gigabyte windforce x3. To go higher then 1100mhz core and 1575mhz memory, follow this http://forums.guru3d.com/showthread.php?t=359671 and the working .dll downloads are post [33] smile.gif

If you want to play safe stick to stock voltage overclocking in AMD Catalyst Control Center (CCC). AMD CCC allows speeds till 1100 Mhz or 1050 Mhz . You can check with AMD CCC what the max speeds are. Just max out the power control sliders to +20% in AMD Overdrive in the performance tab in AMD CCC. First try at max allowed speeds. Check for stability using Heaven and BF3. If it runs without any artifacts, crashes or freezes its stable. if problems arise reduce clocks 25 Mhz clockspeed and check again. repeat till you get a stable clock.

Ur GPU has good cooling.
Just hight the core to 1150, memory 1550 with 1.2 volts... It will work fine hopefully.. Then go beyond in 25mhz stepwise fashion..
