I would get either the Crucial or the Samsung.

The Samsung is a weeeee bit better, but not by much. I have a Crucial M4 and I love it. I think either way, you're golden! thumb.gif

I would take the Samsung biggrin.gif

If it was an Intel 520 serie SSD i would go Intel but its not so Samsung !
The Crucial is a good reliable SSD but the Samsung is just a little bit better.

Other good one's to look at are the Corsair Performance Pro 128GB and the Plextor M3 Pro 128GB.
They are both better then the one's you listed in terms of performance, but most times have a bit of a high price.

As far as manufacturers go:
I favor Intel since they create the platform which most other manufacturers use to build their SSDs. It results in lower fail rates than other companies. Overall we are talking about 1-2% Intel fail rate vs ~5% fail rate for other manufacturers.

In terms of your specific drives:
The real world performance won't be too variable. All will be solid performers.

I vote Intel due to the increased reliability.

I got an OCZ Vetex 4 and it's a really good drive. But I've heard Samsung raved about a lot and the M4.

Really you won't go wrong with any of them. I'd avoid the 120Gb drive, though, just cause I'd want was much space as possible.

I'm going to be partial here and say Samsung, because I own one. rolleyes.gif No really though, it is an excellent drive, very fast and so far- extremely reliable.

Also, it is by far one of the most durable SSDs at the current time (P/E Cycles).
