But what blocks?
Either solution will work well... 3 DDC is just insanely overkill. More pumps isn't always better. Keep in mind they do produce heat and more pressure and flow isn't always beneficial
I'd say go with either a single D5 or 2 DDCs if you feel like you have a restricted loop.

Get a single PMP-450S (D5 Strong) and a 24V pump controller if you don't have extreme amounts of restriction. I get great flow out of mine.
