Nvidia is incredibly arrogant. When AMD tried to buy Nvidia, Nvidia's CEO wanted to be the CEO of both AMD and Nvidia.
They also refuse to give Linux proper drives. I wish they would just die off, but then that would cause a monopoly in the graphics card industry.

i have this odd feeling that AMD would be in better shape if they went along.

Nvidia used to be great a few years ago but it seems they have been going downhill every since they started focusing on mobile chipset (tegra2/3).

TT looks so petty and childish here. It really speaks to how absurdly unprofessional their actions are - NV doesn't exactly come out smelling like roses here, but by comparison, TT look like a bunch of butthurt children.
