New MOBO, Asus Crosshair?

SO guys, Im in the market for a new MOBO. Is this the one that will be tucked away and under water for me in less then a week? Is it ok to stay with AMD? Is this a Kick Butt MOBO? Let me know I will be ordering the MOBO from Newegg and the Mosfet and NB block from EK.

Right I just am wondering about the Price Difference. I put the order through on New egg today but something must have happened cause I never received a email or even on paypal. It looks as though my order never went through at all. Newegg says I never placed that order. maybe its a sign.
