hahah yea - we're doing this in a somewhat bizzare way, because our pre-orders for the Core 2 Duos were - in all honesty - a miserable diaster! I tried to come up with a method of allowing pre-orders that helped us know how many people were in line, but also prevented people from having to front $1000 when I couldn't even promise a ship date

hey tankguys, just saw ur website for the first time the other day. I think its great that your actually taking the time to speak with the customers and get feedback and what not. Usually im weary of small companies but the fact that your sort of taking advantage of your smaller size to be able to communicate better with the ocing and general computer community is very impressive and rare in the new days of huge companies like newegg. I'm definitly going to check out ur site next time im looking for some hardware. If you get larger and keep the same lvl of customer service and relations than that would be amazing.
