Try clearing the CMOS and try again. Also, make sure your fan is still plugged in to the CPU fan header.

It's nothing, you can go into bios (if you don't use the CPU_Fan header) and just change to not bring up the F1 to continue screen.

Thanks.i wouldnt be able to pull the battery lol cos i think its under the armour grrh!
But where is the actually jumper to clear the cmos?
Do i just pull the lead out?
There was a lead called CLRTC but that didnt do anything so help on the cmos would be appreciated.
Does that mean if i go into the bios im going to disable a fan or just a warning?
Im a noob sorry.

You disable having to press F1 to continue for the warning. I don't see any need to clear cmos unless it's something to do with the board and bios and if you are indeed using that header.

Go into your motherboard's bios and under the setting "Cpu Fan Speed", set that to ignore.

I disabled the error in the bios and i no longer have to press F1 although it still shows fan error at start up and ive checked all the leads.
It has only happened since i updated it to the latest bios,i havent touched anything else on it?

Clearing the CMOS is a standard practice after updating a BIOS.
