Make sure you spam Delete instead of just pressing it once.

Also Google 'Clear CMOS' and either use the YouTube video near the top or the guide at the top.

If the cpu fan is PWM(4 wire) go to the monitor section of the bios and check the "cpu fan speed low limit".
Default is 600rpm but some fans start lower than that and will trigger this warning.

Good luck

Ah, I was thinking just about just the CPU Fan error, not the greater scheme of things.

Reading the specs on the board, there should be a 1 x Clear CMOS jumper(s) on the Internal I/O Ports

Well i went into the bios and set the Cpu Fan Speed to ignore and that did the trick and yes GYRO THE FAN SPEED IS SET AT 600rpm by default so at least ive got the latest update for the motherboard without errors at start up woot and thanks all.
All ive got to do now is find what to tweak for o/c.
If anyone has the sabertooth Z77 and an i5370k air cooled then maybe you could share some of the settings.

What is the cpu rpm in the bios?
Is it less than the low limit?
