Building new system need some advice

Ok so im a AMD guy right now and i wouldn't mind switching to Intel just for the faster cpu's
I have a Phenom ii x4 965 BE right now and it plays BF3 and stuff really good but worried that it wont play new demanding games for too much longer, and the new bulldozer cpu's im not liking.

So my question is, well i know nothing bout Intel,
i play a lot of games, like Battlefield 3, already have the new Medal Of Honor Warfighter reserved ETC... i sometimes edit videos for youtube but not often.

i need a great CPU, Video Card, Motherboard, Ram, And cpu cooler.

And my limit is around $900

Oh.. i did the whole thing. we can remove case and add a better mobo.

If you dont want to spend all that grab the cm 212 cooler.

I've found the CM212 does just fine with the 3570k chipset, even with OC'ing. right now I'm running it w/4 120mm fans and getting temps while gaming around 45-50c @4.4ghz.
