For the record, when I reffer to EA, y also refer to Origins. The first time he contacted customer service, was through the live chat on Origins, and they didn't have record of the transaction. When he realized that his issue wasn't being taken care of, he contacted EA on the phone, and they ask him for a confirmation numer (which he never got), so he told him the only confirmation that he had was from the second purchase that he made with my mother's account. When he gave them the number, both transactions showed up, and they couldn't explain how the previous rep didn't see it. After that all the BS started with the recording and the ban. Sorry if I missed some info on the OP.
