Returning a Razer Keyboard Help

So being completely oblivious, I ordered a Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth last month only to have it on backorder for half a month and it should be arriving tomorrow. I emailed razersupport a while back while it was still on backorder to cancel it but they said it was too late and if I wanted a refund, I could refuse delivery and have it returned to sender.

However, on their refund policy, they mentioned needing a RMA number and I need some clarification on whether that's only for used products or if I'll be needing one too. I plan on just telling the delivery man to have it returned to the sender without signing for the package.

On the side note, I plan on purchasing the Ducky Shine II when it arrives next month instead of this piece of gunk. So, hoorah.

Call them on the phone and demand to cancel it. Keep working your way up through the management until you are heard.

If they already shipped it then you have to refuse delivery and have them refund the purchase to you.

That's what I plan to do but what's to stop them from saying they didn't receive it and keeping my money?

Also, Razer has a phone number? I couldn't find anything on their site customer support wise other than an email.

In that situation you need to inform their customer service that you refused delivery and would like your refund. They should keep track of the package and when they receive i, it should be credited to your account.

To answer your question though, if they were really shaddy and just wanted to be jerks about it they could just keep your money. Nothing really stoping them. If that is what happens send emails and file complaints with BBB or something

I just refused delivery and about to contact their customer service via email about it. What exactly is BBB? Does anyone have knowledge on how long it usually takes for a package to return to its sender and how long it takes for Razer to refund the money after they receive the item?

Better Business Bureau, it will take around 4- 7 days to have it shipped back, then around 2 days to process your refund.
