Question on the Samsung 830 SSD 128GB

Hello,

I got my Samsung 830 SSD 128GB a few days ago and have a few questions.

Sometimes windows boots before the starting windows lights pop up. Example, about right there - http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-bXFiUw0-STE/TeNp7-OL1dI/AAAAAAAAAEU/p9j58KACTgQ/s1600/Install-Windows-7-3-Starting-Windows.jpg

Now sometimes it takes about 5-10 seconds longer. Why is that? Any way to keep having it boot before the windows lights pop up?

Now I love the battlefield 3 map load time. Sometimes it takes 5-10 seconds, then there are times where it takes 40 seconds and all my friends who have this drive takes them 5-10 seconds constantly with no issues.

I have my windows OS installed on the SSD. After installing it on the SSD, I followed this link to tweak it: http://www.computing.net/howtos/show/solid-state-drive-ssd-tweaks-for-windows-7/552.html
I have done everything in there but enabling the page file. Are these correct or is there something else I should do?

I also have my old WD 1TB Caviar Black 64MB cache in my PC and that also has windows on it. Would that HDD be affecting my SSD? Should I take it out?

Here are my specs...

Intel i5 2500k Sandy Bridge (3.3GHz Turbo Boost to 3.7GHz)
8GB Corsair Vengeance RAM
Nvidia GTX 680
ASRock z68 Gen3 Extreme3
OCZ 650W PSU

EDIT: Here is my benchmark score

Thanks!
