From what I gander the NB61 is better because it comes with 1GB more memory and USB 3.0, not entirely sure the differences as they aren't listed on ASUS website. But none the less a great deal for the price.

The NS61 comes with the USB 3.0 and the NB61 comes with an extra gig of ram. So it comes down to 1gig vs. USB 3.0 I believe.

According to Newegg's images (they are different images) they both have USB 3.0. Seems like the only difference is one has 1GB of ram more then the other. The NS61 says it has LED backlight on the screen, the NB61 doesn't say anything about that. Kinda confusing how they would release the same laptop twice. And have no technical data about them on their own official website.
