What would be the performance difference between the two? Is the 670 better to SLI with as it's cooler and has less power consumption? Should I keep the new GTX 580 and just get a second one? Or sell it and get two GTX 670's?
What res do you plan on running? Because 3GB 580's have more vRAM obviously..
But in every other way the 670 wins, better performance, less power used, cooler (more OC headroom). Newer tech and hence will have a higher resale value. (Technically).
But that extra 1GB of vRAM might save you one day. Ever thought of 4GB 670's? To me I'd grab 4GB 670's even though they're more but the 2GB set would still be alot better.
