Your computer is running slowly Windows error - How can I turn it off?

Hey guys!
I would like some help with this ANNOYING error I get when playing games such as BF3 and SR3 on Ultra. "your computer is running slowly" it says. It gives me three options: 1: "Change your windows theme to basic". 2: "Do nothing" (or something like that). 3."Keep Aero and never ask me again".
IT IS SO ANNOYING when I'm flying a jet and the error causes me to plunge into the ground.
Can I disable it without going to Basic?

Hmm odd, is there any kind of "Keep this setting" or "Never show message again", I wonder if you can turn it off in that little error flag next to the time?

There is one, but it doesn't work. Is there a possible registry hack to disable it?

If it still comes back I'm betting its malware or virus

you could try this: Run menu > sysdm.cpl > Advanced Tab > performance > select adjust for best performance > make sure you do not allow Windows to choose for you because your computer does not know whats best --- Make sure Enable Aero Peek is checked

that might do it give it a try
