A couple of things:

If you do not like the dedicated 2.5" hard drive cage, you can remove it with 2 screws. Upon doing so, you have 2 more options:
1. extending it to become a 3.5" bay.
2. remove it completely for an absurd length of an expansion card, or direct airflow from the front.

By having a 3.5" design you will have to remove the entire cage to support long cards. It reduces the strength of the case. With the dedicated rack, you will have the space for 2.5" disks, and the 11" expansion card.

Some people will argue that SSD's can be mounted "Everywhere". Well, yeah. That can be argued for any case on the market with an empty sheet of metal anywhere on the case. But there are great performing hard drives, such as the Seagate Momentus XT that aren't 100% SSD's.

Rubber grommets are included in the accessory bags, along with additional rubber sticky pads for the PSU.

IMHO, I think BitFenix has another winner here. What alot of people are failing to realize here is the price point. This is an AWESOME pricepoint! I too would like to see a windowed version. And not just a square/rectangle either.

17-20lbs (7.71-9.07kg) I'd say, because The BitFenix Shinobi Window Black is 17lbs (7.71kg). wink.gif
