new router

Thread Starter
So I've been using an Asus WL-520GU for a long time. I am needing an upgrade. I found a WNDR3400 for 35 and 3700 for 65. We have around 10 devices in the house that would connect to the web. or should I make a plunge and get the best available router right now? which one would it be? RT-N56U?

I would not recommend the RT-N56U. It looks good on pictures (and also may perform good), but once you plug cables in, its ugly, and unable to stand anymore. And you cant mount on a wall too.
I would recommend a Linksys one. I have an E4200 since a year. Upon installation, it fell behind the cabinet, and i never digged it out, since it JUST WORKS. Cable, wifi, printerusb... you dont need to bother where the router is anymore, it will just do its work. Fast, and reliable. Something i never saw with netgear, or dlink ones before.

my router most of the time is hidden anyway. I select it because of the performance. maybe the 3400 should work for me?
